The TRX Suspension Trainer (total-body resistance exercise and Suspension Training) is an effective piece of equipment that requires no weights and uses your own body weight to build strength and stability. Unlike traditional strength training, TRX exercises engage multiple muscle groups at once, often activating core and stabilizing muscles you may not typically notice.
There are many exercises you can complete on the TRX, from upper-body to lower-body and everything in between. Read on for a few of our favorites and how to complete them, courtesy of trxtraining.com.
