Small group classes ensure that you get individualized attention on form and alignment. Group classes are available at Anderson and Fairfield. Queen City HealthPlex offers private and buddy sessions only.
Private and semi-private Pilates Reformer sessions are available at all three HealthPlex locations and are the fastest way to identify and target your fitness goals. Our certified instructors help you assess goals, design a program, and progress your routine to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

Pranassage® combines yoga, meditation, and massage to create the ultimate mind/body experience. Pranassage® helps you feel completely aligned, flexible, strong, and balanced by expanding your awareness of your body from the inside out.
One-on-one, 60-minute sessions are a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation. Sessions are performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
