Swimming Lessons and Programs

Mercy HealthPlex has a program for all ages and skill levels, from beginners looking for basic water safety and swim skills to fine-tuned athletes looking for technique refinement and everything in between. Our well-trained instructors and swim coaches offer a variety of programs and services to meet your needs.

Pool Availability

Lap Pool – Our Lap Pool hosts a variety of activities and is available for private swimming and exercise by reservation. Members are permitted to make one reservation per day for a maximum of 60 minutes. Reservations are available up to 36 hours in advance and can be made at the Member Services desk or through our mobile app. Cancellations must be made at least an hour prior to reservation.

Warm Water Pool – The Warm Water Pool is a multi-use space that hosts both fitness classes and swim lessons. Please see the back of the Group Fitness Class Schedule for pool availability.

Sea School Swim Lessons

Swimming is a skill that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. Mercy HealthPlex offers a safe and fun environment for swimmers to explore and learn. Lessons focus on water safety along with swim technique to help participants move toward true water independence.

Group lessons are available by session. See schedules below. Private lessons are also available and can be scheduled at your convenience.

Masters Swim Team at Anderson HealthPlex

Our year-round adult swimming program is designed for all ability levels. Improve technique, build strength and endurance, and get overall faster in the water. Masters training programs are structured for your specific goals and can help you lose weight, improve fitness or train for a triathlon.
