Massage Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the HealthPlex Front Desk at least 4 hours prior to your service. This allows ample time for us to make arrangements to serve other members and reschedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Failure to provide 4-hour notice of cancellation may result in being charged the full-service rate for the missed appointment. Thank you for your kind consideration.
