Frequently Asked Questions

Are Facemasks required?

• Face coverings are no longer required for HealthPlex members, guests and team members who have been fully vaccinated. If not fully vaccinated, members, guests and team members must continue to wear face coverings when not actively engaged in exercise.
• We continue to encourage social distancing throughout the facility.

What safety and sanitation precautions are you taking?

• Additional hand sanitizing stations have been placed throughout the center, including upon entry.
• Capacity limits will be in place based upon available space.
• Scheduled disinfection of equipment and high touch areas throughout the day.
• Signage throughout the center to serve as reminders to wash hands, wipe down equipment, and be mindful of spacing.

What are the hours of operation?

• The Anderson, Fairfield and Queen City locations have the following hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 5am – 9pm
  • Saturday: 7am – 5pm
  • Sunday: 8am – 5pm (Anderson), 9am – 5pm (Fairfield & Queen City)
• The Downtown location: Monday – Friday 5:30 am – 6 pm, CLOSED Saturday & Sunday

In the short-term, what areas of the HealthPlex will be unavailable?

• All areas of the HealthPlex are open. Distancing guidelines are still in place and reservations may be required for some areas of the club. See Member Services for details.

Are Group Exercise classes available?

• Group Exercise classes are available with capacity limits in place. Find current class schedules on our View Classes page.
• Class capacity limits are based upon available space.
• Class reservations can be made at the Member Services desk – 513-942-7539. Class reservations are not required for Downtown.
• Reservations are available 24 hours prior to the class’ scheduled start time.

Are pools available?

• The lap pool, warm water pool and whirlpools are open. Capacity limits are in place based upon available space.
• One member will be allowed to use a lap pool lane at a given time.
• Lap pool lane reservations can be made at the Member Services desk – 513-942-7539.
• Reservations are available 24 hours in advance.

Are personal training services available?

• Personal training is available. Please contact the Member Services desk for a list of available trainers and to schedule your next session.

Are swim lessons available?

• Group and private swim lessons are available at Anderson, Fairfield and Queen City. Please contact the Member Services desk for more information.

Are massage and spa services available?

• Massage and spa services are available. Please contact the Member Services desk to book your next appointment.

Are locker rooms and towels available?

• Towels are available. Each member is allotted one fitness towel and two bath towels during their visit. We encourage members to bring their own towels.
• Public amenities (lotion, mouthwash, shaving cream, etc.) are unavailable for the time being. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner is available in the showers.

Are tennis and racquet sports available?

• Tennis courts are available for singles and doubles play in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
• Racquetball courts are available at Anderson and Fairfield only.
• Private tennis instruction is available at the Anderson and Fairfield locations. Please contact the Member Services desk for a list of available tennis professionals and to schedule your next session.

Are the basketball courts available?

• The courts are available for individual shooting and socially distanced practicing.
• Private basketball instruction is available at the Anderson and Fairfield locations. Please contact the Member Services desk for a list of available basketball coaches and to schedule your next session.

Are water fountains available?

Water fountains are available and we encourage members to sanitize before and after each use. We encourage all members to bring their own water bottles. Water will not be available at Downtown HealthPlex. Please bring water with you for the time being.

Is Kidtown available?

Kidtown is available with limited capacity at the Anderson and Queen City locations.

Anderson HealthPlex

• 8:15 am – 1:15 pm (Monday-Saturday)

Reservations are required and can be made up to 24 hours in advance at the Front Desk – 513-624-1871 – or through our online member portal.

Queen City HealthPlex

• 8:00 am-1:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
• 4:00 – 7:30 pm (Monday-Thursday
• 8:00 -11:45 (Saturday)

At Queen City HealthPlex, reservations are required for children under 18 months old and can be made in Kidtown.

Kidtown safety precautions include:

• Capacity limits will be in place based upon available space
• Children will wash their hands as soon as they enter Kidtown
• Toys have been reduced, books will be read by Staff only
• Children may not bring personal belongings to Kidtown (infant necessities like bottles and pacifiers are allowed)
• Our Staff will disinfect toys and high touch surfaces between each reservation blocks
• Our Staff will conduct a deep cleaning and disinfection after closing each day

Are guests permitted to visit the HealthPlex?

Guests are permitted at the HealthPlex. Standard guest policies apply. Please check with Member Services to learn more about the guest policy at your center.

**Any of the aforementioned could be extended or discontinued to meet updated CDC guidelines or state mandates.
