Dear Members,
We are reaching out to inform you that Mercy Health – Fairfield HealthPlex will permanently discontinue operations on February 28, 2025. We came to the decision after assessing the low utilization of the HealthPlex’s services relative to the abundance of other wellness offerings in the vicinity and our costs of maintaining the center.
As an organization focused on providing comprehensive health care and wellness services to the community it serves, Mercy Health – Anderson HealthPlex and Queen City HealthPlex will remain open, and we welcome you to transfer your membership to one of our other locations. If you would like to transfer your membership in advance of the closing date, please visit the member services desk, call (513) 682-1212, or email [email protected].
January and February monthly dues will be drawn as customary, and membership will continue through February 28, 2025. Individuals with an annual membership or any ancillary service (i.e. personal training, massage, swim lessons, etc.) who have a remaining credit will be reimbursed the remaining balance via check by March 31, 2025. House charges to your account will no longer be available effective February 1, 2025.
Although this chapter is ending at Mercy Health – Fairfield HealthPlex, we are grateful for your loyalty and patronage. We hope to continue to serve as your partner in health and wellness at our other Mercy HealthPlex locations.
